Yesterday I took it out on mom over the phone. Today I took it out on sis. I felt real close to a nervous breakdown earlier. A hot shower and a little bit of crying solved that though. Also, as much as I complain about going to work on-air Tuesday, I really do find it a release - it has its moments I suppose.

I've done it! I'm starting with one of the many resolutions in 2008! I started with the yoga dvd last night and tonight I went for the combat class at the gym. It's not much but it's something.
