I feel really bad right now. I am having so many problems today. I have being lying in my bed all day long. I been trying to go to sleep for about 3 hours now. I feel really emotional. My hands feel weird right now its like there numb and shaking. I cant breath very well right now. And my saliva is coming out very quickly. Are these signs of
