Wow, this was absolutely wonderful.
It was well written and heart wrenching, can't wait for the next parts to come out so I can finish the story haha.
Although I'm kind of confused by the age range of the characters? Maybe I just didn't see it written somewhere lol.

I'm so glad that you enjoyed it so much and took the time to read the first section. The second section has been updated and is posted. The age range isn't initially specified primarily because it's not initially important. If it helps, Jongin is about twenty five, Sehun is six, and Chanyeol is 27. The rest of the characters fall into the age spectrum around them. It is intentionally left alone in the story (aside from Sehun's age) for the purpose that age can be fluid, measured by maturity rather than years.

I haven't started reading yet but this is so going to be one of those timeless classics. Knowing how capable the writer is and reading the summary & listening to the song, I already know it's going to hurt, a lot, but in a good way in the sense that only a good story does. If my heart survives this, I will come back with another comment.

I've read this twice and it's so hard to tell myself not to read it for the 3rd time right away and give time to read other stories. The reality of life is so strong and so many lessons of life in it.
I am so looking forward to read the continuation... Even though it's only story, somehow I was hoping that people like Kai can get a better chance in life and children like Sehun can grow up well and in a better environment.

Chanyeol... he's dealing with his own issues but that doesn't make him a pessimist :) He struggles in work, in confidence, but he still moves forward and have the heart to do more for others. I really admire his personality here.

This took a lot of life and emphasis on trying to be realistic without being too weighty and negatively realistic. I hope it continues to carry that...
