And cold--it could be worse. We got up to 108 in the high desert today; Palm Springs has been 110+ all weekend; and it's the fucking MIDDLE OF MAY. A sudden cold wave here wouldn't make me cry.

It's good you are happy with the new house :) When me moved here the movers said they will be a bit late but they came the next day and we had only a small night of rest before having to control where things were going in the house. Does the lions (cats) enjoy the new place they live in :)
