Looking for an apartment in New York City while you're still in Los Angeles is bullshit.

Therefore, I'm planning my 4th foray into the Big Apple. The apartment hunting should prove to be... stressful. And not, "oh woe is me" stressful, we're talking this-is-fucking-bullshit-i'm-going-to-dig-my-eyes-out-with-a-pencil-and-feed-them-to-my-cats
