I sincerely suggest you:
Firstly, if you haven't already, notify the payroll/human resources department of the problem. They (and this means the HR people themselves, not just your manager) may not be aware of the problem, so it's well worth looking into.
You may also wish to hand-deliver (NOT POST) a letter to the human resources department, demanding entitlements under your award.
If neither of these actions gets you your money within a week maximum, you should call the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection (DOCEP)'s Wageline on 1300 655 266, who will look into the matter for you.
In situations where employees believe they have not been paid correctly, the Department of Consumer and Employment Protection may assist by providing impartial assessments of the matters involved, with intervention to ensure that industrial laws are observed, if this is applicable.
