The problem is that the Wii can't connect to the Internet in the first place now that we've switched from Comcast to Verizon. I might try fixing it tonight or this weekend. It shouldn't take too long.
And man, that lag is... yikes. I weep for you... it brings back memories of the lag I'd get playing Age of Empires II over a 56k modem. X_X

I adhere to an old fashoned sense of masculinity. So its ok to care about petty relationships people have in avatar, but the relationships people have in an office environment? that edges close to drama for the sake of drama.
but my criticisms mean nothing as I havent even seen a full episode, and as you seem to recommend it so, Ill download the first season.
... just as soon as i finish watching the whole series of SG-1.

and then my whole collection of audiobooks by Orson Scott Card.
