Yes. I think it is the biggest. I think New Year's Eve is the biggest general debauchery holiday, but I think 420 is the biggest drug holiday.

Mardi Gras! That's much bigger than New Year's Eve, and there is no wholesome celebration on Mardi Gras at all.
