Watching my kids playing with old Fisher Price Toys (a couple of repros and one actually old toy) kinda makes me giddy.

Last winter, I started by both getting Electric Company DVD's and keeping on with the Muppets Show collection for the older two and a repro of the Chatter Telephone.

we had the record player when I was growing up, found one in a re-sale shop and went on ebay to find some more records since it only came with one. (I have two that have "children's marching song" on it -- if you don't have that one, let me know). We have a secondhand version of the phone, albeit from a few years ago not the new retro version -- and I am debating the snoopy sniffer (also a beloved toy from when I was growing up).

I remember the record player, though I think it was my sister's. It was a pretty clever invention.

I know I saw the tv as a kid, though I think that was just in the store.

I have a theory that every kid born in the 70's were given the record player with their birth certificates, while our parents got a copy of Fleetwood Mac's Rumors.
