All things change.

The owners of the buildings occupying more than half the city block my shop is on, my ex landlords, went to city hall to seek approval for redevelopment.
I attended the meeting and spoke on behalf of the businesses and residents in the area.
City council approved the re-zoning of the properties to be raized and rebuilt, The store

So this will be on your block but not taking the place of where your current store is, correct? Just looking to clear up the confusion in my head. ;)

It's the north end of the block that's being redeveloped (everything north of Cat's Cradle).
My shop and the building it occupies is on the south half of the block and not part of the condo plan.

So, to answer your question- Northbound Leather is unaffected and will remain where it is. :-)

So at best you get a whole new batch of customers and at worst, business is unaffected. Cool :)
