If you're really worried about it not happening, I'm sure that I could like accidentally reserve the place, and pay for it, and just the fact that it's allready reserved would be a point of encouragement. Plus, if it's expensive, I bet that paying a part of the price could be a part of my present.

By the way, I already called them and left a message, they're supposed to call back. It's this catering service, so I bet if we wanted food and they had it, they could bring it.

wow steph, you are extremely and utterly awesome for even suggesting that, and i guess that if you reaallyy wanted to help you could pay a portion but please don't pay for the whole thing, it's going to be like 800 dollars hon! and it's not really a financial crisis i guess, just my parents are being extra stingy. especially because they think the boys will get jealous and want quinceaneras too or something, haha. but you don't have to do that for me, honestly.

and gracias mucho for calling them. *muah!* and i called some other places for price comparison-so far the lowest deal i've gotten with food is 800-1,500 dolares. muy caro! and the even more caro one i talked to was, if you devided it, about 150 dollars a person! crazy that they think i'd spend that much. but my dad thinks the 800 could be reasonable, but maybe their "food" they serve is like just bread or something. gotta look into that.
