Ahhhhhhh, True Blood was awesome, though I'm a little skeptical of the Lafayette thing since that's not how it goes in the second book, but we'll see.

ZOMGOSH I KNOW!! i was squeeing all day in anticipation, and HOLY SHIT. i haven't read the books, so i'm not sure how loyal the show is...but ohh damn. i may end up watching it again later this week! :D

Season One stuck pretty close to the books. I mean adaptations always change things, but TB is pretty good.

It's a television program based on a series of books: The Southern Vampire Mysteries or they're more commonly known as the Sookie Stackhouse series. At the moment, there are 9 books in the series.

The show is in its second season, and it's awesome!
I would totally recommend watching it. I'm sure you could find it on the internet somewhere. ^_^
