I believe in this state that employers are not required by law to provide time off for voting, the only exception being if the employee does not have 3 consecutive hours of off time that day to vote.
Regardless, itz teh stoopid to not let your employees go vote during some point in the day.

Unless I was working to defuse bombs set to go off right as my break ended, I'd stay and vote.
