Things are business as usual for many people here, including at my school.
There is talk of a cufew being imposed as we are currently under martial law (and without constitution), but I haven't heard anything definite.
Some companies have shut down for the time being, so those employees have the day off, but the public transport system is still running normally as far as I can tell.
I'm surprised internet communications haven't been suspended, but I guess they're just doing their best to minimize the effects of the coup.
It's been a while since I posted to my journal, so I might write something later today after I read the newspaper.

hey yeah that was pretty sad about Steve Irwin...i sawe him once at the australian music awards when i was there and he came out on stage with a python wrapped around his neck...good times. And just 4 days later Peter Brock goes too...damn.

yeah how you holding up with the coup and all? I thought about you as soon as i heard the news. Meet the new boss, same as the old boss? Dont tell me you started the whole thing!

Okay, I won't tell you I started the whole thing, but I probably had a hand in it.
I'd rather have the Royal Thai Army running the country than Thaksin Shinawatra. He's a fu*kwit and everbody I know agrees.
