I was just reading about that on the Yahoo news and it doesn't look like Bloomberg is going to give in to their demands for better pensions, health benefits, etc. How much influence does he have on the MTA? It might take them as long as two weeks to settle this negotiation, sweetie. I think that they picked a perfect time to strike, though, from their perspective. It'll make the largest impact on their importance to the comfort and survival of NYC

Oh....I def do think they deserve a whole lot. They really are under-appreciated and I seriously give them every respect they deserve. But I still think it's unnecessary to strike at a time like this. I hope everything will come out ok soon. I feel absolutely horrible for those who will really suffer the consequences here.

Gosh...I must find a way to get to work tomorrow too. I was joking with my co-workers the other day that we would go on strike from fashion too. Lol! I'm gonna go out to the city wearing a garbage bag. XDDD
