My friend Jonathan came from Ohio to see me and say good bye, I can't wait to see him!

Its nice to know that I'm loved, but at the same time its excruciating...

farewell partys are really difficult. i have to go to them all the time in tokyo as people only come here for a year or two. i hate goodbyes so i never say it, i just give people a hug and say `see you tomorrow`. it makes it easier! *big love*

I iknow... like I said, I appreciate them and its so nice to see how many people truly care, is just too heavy...
I can see what you say about saying bye to people there in Japan because you guys are there for a year or 2, the fiend I mentioned to you a while ago who taught English in Saipan (and told me the stories of the squaters in Japan) said the same thing. She made wonderful friends and it was hard to see them going, even herself!
