Yep. If at issue are what her wishes would have been, I think it's pretty obvious that she wouldn't want to be fed.

I'm going to hell, but:

I don't think her issue is that she wouldn't want to be force fed; it's that she doesn't have the option of purging afterward. Have you seen pictures of her from before? Very skinny, very pretty girl. Have you seen her now? Hell yes, she'd prefer death.

Somewhere, sometime, I read someone who made the point that it's entirely possible this extended fight has to do with her parents being horribly overbearing throughout Terri's life--possibly leading to her bulimia--and now they're unwilling to let her go, either due to guilt or a continuing need to control her. Probably bullshit, but...
