I'm feeling better now. Things feel less like a jetliner in a nose dive and a bit more like a rollercoaster that went down pretty fast but is working its way back up. It's not an easy climb, but I know it will be worth it.

I like the queer rushing feeling that you get in your stomach right when you bottom out on a roller coaster and then go rushing back up again.
