Well, honestly, the time commitment was the biggest problem, but not the only one. See, theatre people have lots of drama offstage too. It's expected. But we know how to manage it. From what I've observed, the music kids have just as much drama but, for the most part, don't manage it as well. The music department here is crazy clique-ish (with some awesome exceptions), whereas the theatre department is pretty accepting.
