Why do I let others sway my decisions?storytellahJanuary 11 2005, 17:18:53 UTC
Sometimes, I do it because I trust them more than I trust myself. A lot of times it's a cop out: I know it'll be easier to blame them rather than blame myself if it all goes wrong. But just so you know, "other people" don't make your decisions for you; they just help you decide. It's still your decision. It only gets "swayed" when it goes bad. So be thankful that there are people out there that care about you enough to want to help you decide, and laugh at the fact that sometimes they help you decide the wrong things... mistakes happen. That's when you say: oops, lemme fix it. Cuz YOU still can.
