Forward planning, and The Hunter

Photography is about careful planning. Hours and days of research, forays into the undergrowth to check for lighting conditions, recording the position of the sun, the shadows, the quality of the light. Checking for fields of view, obstructions, ways of making the shot better in post-processing. Sometimes you can take the same shot a dozen times

I've not considered doing so...I tend not to think much beyond the actual capture. I may investigate further :) Thanks for the compliment :)
