Expanding the lexicon

I think it is time to re-introduce some terms into our communal lexicon. Some, indeed most, will be aware of, and maybe remember with fondness, Willow's amazing Beekling skills. Some may not even be aware of the term. Possibly because I invented it for her.

A friend of mine had a pit, a lovely dog named Roxie. She was the sweetest dog I've ever met, but wow, was her head solid bone, through and through.

We'd hold a dog treat over her head, with her sitting under it watching it closely. Then, we'd drop it, expecting her to snap it out of the air (easy trick, very common) and it would hit her in the center of the head, right between the eyes and she'd look around to see what had thumped her and then look at us, confused by the fact that we weren't holding the treat any more.

Poor dumb doggie. Sweeter than pie, though.

Aww, bless Seren's little puppy heart. And thank you for the memories of darling Willow's Beekle Antics - brought a smile to my face and warmth to my heart. She was a Good Girl indeed.

(And our family took on the term Good Girl Bikkit for rewarding purposes of both feline and human family members. We use it to this day, and probably always will - Willow will live on in all our hearts *hugs*)

I do so remember Willow's beekling antics. It's nice to see that the tradition may continue with Seren.

Did you know that soy milk is rather unpleasant when snorted out tjrough the nose. Some would say that it is unpleasant when consumed in any way.

Luckily those heads are hard, but perhaps keeping the number of a place to buy wall board, paint, and filling compound would be a good idea. Just in case.
