“King, please!” Rusty pleaded, jogging after King, one hand gripping his bicep even as he tried to avoid her.

“I won’t do it, it’s too soon!” King snapped back, yanking his arm free, and he glowered fiercely at her

I don't know what it is exactly that I love about this story but it might be the uh... ambiguity? Like... how utterly involved and raw it feels and how it is so completely unrelated to RotD. Mostly because there's TONS you're not telling us by sharing such small bits and pieces, and yet it feels like even if the whole thing were to evolve into a long drawn out novel it still wouldn't be explainable?? I really don't know where I'm going with this, but it's 2am and yeah... haha. Let me just say: I love your writing. And might I add - I feel like I would still totally read this if Newt and King never got entirely slashy which is definitely saying something for me (like I'd prefer if they did, obviously, but I wouldn't mind if they just got closer at the story's conclusion... if there is one... and did I mention it's 2am??).

OOoooo! Awesomeness! I love this. I seem to say that for every story, but I'm really picky. Really picky. So I mean it. I love it. And poor Kully. I love his name.

I like all the names you pick, actually. They fit the characters. And you should just keep posting them in segments. No worries.

And I've been on LJ for months too. I only started posting a little while a go.

Oh the mystery! I would try to figure it out but... I'm really, really oblivious. I've been told this by many people in all areas of my life. Foreshadowing could be staring me in the face and shouting profanities and still wouldn't know it's there. Something I've never been able to catch.

But I have an awesome memory, so when something gets revealed, I'm always going, OH! It's like blah blah blah blah! It's actually nice to get surprised so often.

I can't wait for the next chapters. (Sorry for any spelling mistakes in this. I say that every time)

Awwww, thank you. ♥ And yes, the names are so horrible-- they're almost like 'lets see what height of ridiculous names I can get away with!' But they're fun.

*laugh* I adore foreshadowing. I think I'm pretty good at picking it out in stories? Maybe not. I have no clue. And I know this is probably weird, but my favourite foreshadowing/imagery ever is from 1984 by George Orwell. Have you read it? But yes, I still remember it. So fabulous.

And Zabuza (it's so weird how she shares the same name of a character from Naruto...Did you create her name from Naruto!Zabuza? :P...I don't think you did, since yours isn't a man...) seems really... psychotic for some reason O_O;;...
