In honor of the new year, I am posting to LJ for the first time in 10 months. 2008 is well and truly over, and I have no interest (or ability) to recap/rehash what happened to me and those I know. Suffice to say that I had plenty of joy, plenty of anguish, and overall a much better year than many, many of my fellow citizens
