Um, Glasses-sensei! How long does the short essay have to be, and is it okay if I write about fighting with Kenchan or when Kenchan found me or how awesome Kenchan is?

The essay can be as long or short as you want it to, so long as both the experience and how it influences your behavior is fully explained.

You can write about any experience you've had that has directly influenced your behavior or attitudes towards a given subject. Writing about how 'awesome' Zaraki Kenpachi may be appears to be more of a personal belief, rather than a past event that has influenced you. Writing about an occurrence that verifies how awesome he is to you would be acceptable.
