hahaha! those frat boys in your basement are the SigEps! Thats their meeting place on campus and has been for almost a year now. Next year that building will most likely be theirs, like the AOPis, until eventurally Ramsey is torn down and new greek housing is built over there.

Sorry they're so loud. The only thing I know to tell you would be to talk to Mike Giles about it, politely ask them to be more quiet, and if nothing else, I'd just leave during their meetings. HEY! You could come over here and cook for Nathan and I! That'd be a great way to avoid the noise! Yea, thats the plan. From now on, whenever SigEp is holdning chapter come over here and cook for us. We need some good food around here...

Ahh, they aren't going to take over Rosa next year! There's not enough of them, first of all. Second of all, they wouldn't have a place to put all the girls that live here. But anyway, didn't know they held chapter here....... and I want to stay in this room next year!! I'm just going to squat. Then what'll they do?

Nice try, but they've all but got the building according to Mike Giles, THE most powerful student on this campus. And actually, you would be surprised at how many there are now. There are far more SigEps than there were Lamda Chis our freshman year. Right now there membership is up around the 30s and 40s, which is big enough to warrent a house in Beeson Woods.

But if they move Sig Ep over to Rosa, where do you suppose they are going to put all the girls who live there now? They just turned Ralph into guys, so not there... there is nowhere else for us to go! Where do you suppose they will put us?
