If it is not the gods, then I would guess a conspiracy by Vohemar and Ivona, but that is far too complicated.

Yeah, it's couldn't be those old farts in Parliament doing all this damage...

This sort of operation would be more harmful than good, I don't picture either governments sacrificing some of their prized airships just to drive a deeper wedge between the two countries.

So I am guessing there is an 'outside group' involved with this stunt.

The Victoria II, was just one of the many ships attacked...

Nothing more, nothing less.

I checked this ship up and down a good three times in a row today. I am sure there isn't a single bomb on this ship.
