okie dookie. here's my "secret" for breakfast i eat like a lot i mean like two stuffed tortillas or maybe two of those instant packs of oatmeal with toast and i diet dr. pepper. and that will last me about 3 to 5 hours. chew gum dont eat as much and chew a lot of gum. the gum will keep your mouth busy so you dont get the need to stuff your face (
