okie dookie. here's my "secret" for breakfast i eat like a lot i mean like two stuffed tortillas or maybe two of those instant packs of oatmeal with toast and i diet dr. pepper. and that will last me about 3 to 5 hours. chew gum dont eat as much and chew a lot of gum. the gum will keep your mouth busy so you dont get the need to stuff your face ( ( Read more... )

well....its a good thing that your exercising. i wish i did. i stretch every morning and every night so i feel better but whatever. i need to go on a diet for swimming and for high school. and you may not be size 11. it just depends on which brand your wearing. like for some jeans im like size 9 and 10 and 11, but for abercrombie im 8. i never thought id ever buy their jeans but i do. i like um. but i hate everything else lol.

aw i miss you so much too. long time to reply or post of comment lol. either way my waist is huge. omg grat minds think so alike im also doing all this stuff well 1 to get rid of my anxiety and 2 for high school i cant just ust through the double doors and fling my flab in ppls faces. we should get together or something lets get into trouble.
