How do you mark your place in a book you are reading?

Me, I like to use a bookmark or, failing that, any piece of paper or card will do.

At the moment, I have a Garfield cartoon that has been cut from the newspaper and covered with clear sticky tape.

I just can't bring myself to fold the corner of a page down. If there's absolutely nothing to use then I shut the book and have to remember where I was. Mind you, it's not that often I can put a book down before I've finished...lol

*wags finger at you* I've never done that...lol I've used bits of tissue, toilet paper and sweetie wrappers, though

I have quite a bookmark collection; however, I can never seem to find any of them. It's really weird. Lately I've been using the receipt from my refrigerator, but I'll use whatever is handy.

That's a neat idea about the cartoon & sticky tape! I'll have to do that. ^___^
