I'm not really big on NY resolutions they don't tend to work well with my personal versions of self-sabotage. So in lieu of that I prefer a bit of general inspiration toward the goal of overall self-improvement

I love that poem! I remember first reading it on Ace's fridge and wanting a copy, but keep forgetting to make it. It was actually a pretty fundamental inspiration for starting the dance project and doing the show.
