I was so very curious how ION was going to handle the last two episodes of season one, which delves into Toby's past and has a major character loss as well. Ray also had a large role, but as I've posted previously, they've all but cut him out. The only scene he has is in episode nine, "Inside the Man", and there's no mention of how/why he knows ( Read more... )

Season 1 was released on DVD ages ago. That's the only season that's on DVD though. I'd recommend watching the DVD rather than watching the rubbish, cut version. Such a stupid thing to do!

It was only released in R2, not R1, which covers Canada and the US. I'm not quite sure why they did that, but I'm hoping now that the series is coming to an end, they'll release an uncut "complete series" set.

Really? They didn't release the DVDs in Canada?? That's really odd!!

It would be great if they released a DVD for the whole series. Probably not though :( And I bet it would be expensive!

I've been told that a lot of Canadian shows never get a DVD release in Canada, or they might get an "on demand" release where they make copies as needed instead of creating them in bulk. I know some shows that are on DVD in Canada, but not distributed in the US, which means places like Netflix won't carry them.

What's even more baffling is they haven't even made it available for streaming or purchase online from what I've been able to see.
