ION (contains spoilers)
I watched the series with my mom, recording the show on ION. I was aware season 1 was highly edited but season 5 at the end cut out the backstory bits.
After Toby tells Tia to stop looking for his mother, that's it. No further investigation into his past, the one thing (aside from Becker) that ties back to season 1. The scene where she calls the man who helps people with new identities, etc is cut as is the final scene with Toby opening the door. I was so bummed because I had been building that point up while watching with her.
When is CTV (or production co) going to release DVDs? Or if someone knows where they can stream for free online with captions, please let me know.
