People who are interested in these subjects attend special classes taught by both Indians and non Indians. I once met an LA TV actress who had attended a month of Ayurveda courses in India. I met someone who had lived in Egypt for a year in her study of ancient text and calligraphy. There are yoga centres everywhere here.
