Hi Amanda. Thanks for adding me on here :-) We seem to have a fair bit in common and what I didn't write in my profile was that I also work in education but as an additional needs Teaching Assistant. I am fascinated to learn more about your podcast as it's something I too would love to set up and I used to have a weekly radio show.
