At Laurie's request, here is my full list of life goals:

1. hold a baby lion
2. write a screenplay and take it to L.A.
3. see Coldplay in concert
4. own a cocktail dress
5. meet Robert DeNiro
6. learn guitar
7. have a "My Turn" published in Newsweek
8. have a screen credit in a major film
9. see all AFI Top 100 films
10. design and build my own

I must say some of those goals are pretty funny.

12. have a Gatsby-themed wedding: Do we all get to drink mint juleps and have extravagant parties? I just hope no one gets shot in the pool!

2. write a screenplay and take it to L.A.: Here's your chance, come live with me! :-) we'll move to santa monica, #36

43. win the Rock Paper Scissors International World Championships: I don't know, you'll have to get a trainer and memorize all those stratagies...

31. figure out how to whistle: I don't know, if you don't know by now... haha

15. be on "The Amazing Race": Who'd be your partner, lori? ;-) hahaha

12. Yes! Mint Juleps, but nobody will get shot. It will be a "Gatsby-up-until-the-last-three-chapters" themed wedding.
I think Mint Juleps are the traditional drink of #40 the Kentucky Derby, also. I hope I like them.

2. I'll start the screenplay soon. Still thinking about an idea. Then #36 will come into play.

43. I'll have to get a weird costume, too. Nobody in normal clothes ever wins.

31. I'm pretty much screwed on this one.

15. I put this on my life goals months ago when I first made my list. But, the more I consider, I'm not sure if I really want to do it! Who could I go on the show with that I wouldn't end up hating at the end of the trip? Maybe somebody I don't like that much to begin with? But, what would the point in that be?

Oh, and speaking of getting shot in a pool...I watched Sunset Boulevard for the first time a few days ago. You had to watch that a few times for one of your films classes, didn't you? What's with dying of gunshot wounds in a pool? Is that a common occurance in Studio City? Stay away from the pools, Laurie!

Haha, yeah I watched that is film class. There's a pool in my apartment complex! I'm screwed! dun dun dun!!!
