Akito wakes up nauseous (not such an unusual occurance to him anymore) and stumbles to the bathroom where he promptly vomits (which is kind of unusual). It's when he tries to go pee that he's reminded of the change. Small breasts in place of smooth muscles; a flat mound in place of a small buldge. Girl instead of boy.
She's not bothered by the change in the slightest - a body is just a body after all. She's still the same Akito, and Agito is still the same Agito. Their body is still just as functional as it was before. The only real difference is that now they can't pee standing up, and that isn't such a huge tragedy. She has to continually remind Akira to make sure to put the toilet seat down so that she doesn't fall in (they learnt that the hard way), and make sure she covers up properly so she doesn't get raped or assaulted or something.
Right now, however, she's sufficiently starved and so heads out to grab some breakfast from the cafeteria. She'll get herself a bowl of cereal, followed by another, and then a toasted bagel with some sweet jam after that. Akito gets a plate of bacon and eggs for Akira, with some toast to go with it, before heading back to their room. By the time she's halfway back, she realizes that she's eaten almost all of the breakfast she picked up for her friend and has to backtrack to the kitchen again.
Akito has another bowl of cereal while she waits for Akira's breakfast to finish cooking, wondering why she's so hungry when usually she eats light as a bird.
