Grad school, eh?

So I've been on alternate status with UO for the last month, basically waiting to see if one of their three first coices declined and trying to decide whether I actually wanted to go there if I did get in, or if I wanted to wait a year and try again at Berkeley and UNC. Well, I seem to remember a few months ago when you seemed disappointed that you hadn't gotten into any of the schools you applied to. And there is nothing wrong with being an Alternate, as somebody else said.
Unless you're drastically opposed to living in Eugene, I say go for it.

Yeah, I think I'm going. Just wanted to think on the decision a bit, since it is a major one.

It's true - I keep forgetting that this also means the chance to meet new people, and explore new places. Mostly because I'm an introvert and new people kinda make me want to go "eep" and hide, but oh well :)
