I was feeling vaguely creative tonight and decided that the main dish for dinner would be a pork roast in puff pastry. I scanned the internet, got some ideas for method, and then went to the market. This was, by far, one of the most tasty suppers I've eaten in this house. The texture, the flavor, the mouth feel - it was all damn near perfection.
He served it with small egg noodles and cabbage with salt/pepper/butter.
