I was feeling vaguely creative tonight and decided that the main dish for dinner would be a pork roast in puff pastry. I scanned the internet, got some ideas for method, and then went to the market. They didn't have any pork loin roasts that I liked, so I went with pork tenderloin instead, and the following resulted

I need to comment on this.

This was, by far, one of the most tasty suppers I've eaten in this house. The texture, the flavor, the mouth feel - it was all damn near perfection.

He served it with small egg noodles and cabbage with salt/pepper/butter.
