I often make things I shouldn't eat, but they rarely come out this good. This is sort of a play on mac and cheese, and traditional Swiss cheese fondue. I am thinking of calling it "Alpine Surprise". So here goes

While most of the alcohol should cook out, you need to do what you need to do. I think that a good sweet cider, or maybe martineli's sparkling apple juice might work. And actually the apple complements the nuttiness of the cheese. Apple and cheese are a classic combination.
