So, overall, it was a pretty good
My stomach hurts from ab exercise..
Drama club plans are mounting! Script to write and such.. Oh! And I have an idea for Kellie's variety show. It's still in the recesses of my mind, but I plan to work on it with some people during Spring Break and such. But it's going to be a musical, where the people involved in theatre are characters. Plot: long story short, the school's drama club (which will have more people in it than it actually does) wants to put on the first student-directed play in the PAC ( methinks the play could be Phantom of the PAC, or some other thing, what do you think?). People can play themselves, or not, but they will get a song, which will probably just be alterations to regular showtunes. (for instance, Travis = "I'm so Pretty" a la West Side, and the main opening theme could be "When in High School" a la "down on Skid Row" from Little Shop). What do you think?
But it was good, and rehearsal was interesting, mainly because when I see Cast A do it, it gives a new perspective on things. It motivates me, inspires me.. But I still gotta get my lines down better. Gotta get to the point where I can accurately cover for other people.. My costumes are looking fabulous, Manuel, you're the spiff.
Afterward there was the trip to Jamba Juice, craziness.
Then, Denny's, where there wasn't as much craziness, but it was certainly a blast, and I enjoyed myself a lot. And I think I was called the biggest drama whore, but I'm not entirely certain I heard the entirety of that conversation... Anyways, good times.
