Dec 06, 2007 18:09

Today and yesterday, my dad and I went restaurant location huntings. And we have two locations in the Shibuya residency. We're torn on which one to pick, so I need a vote. Because you're all going to be eating here, aren't you?

Location One:

That one seems to be the most popular.

I like the first one. Definitely the first one.

Name: Temari
Age: 19
Experience: In high school, I had a weekend job at a cafe, but it didn't last long...I was a little more worked up then than I am now, so I got into a fight with a customer.
Position: Frankly, any one you'll give me, but it would have to be something not too strenuous. You know Shikamaru would have a fit if I were lifting heavy trays or out back near the cookingware. I'd be content just hostessing, or even if you needed someone to do secretarial duties-- organizing, advertising, etc. Help me out here, I just can't sit in that apartment all day.

You only like the first one 'cause I like the second one.

I'll see you in a few weeks. Possibly the twenty-second or the twenty-third. You just need to 'wow' my dad, and I'm sure we'll figure out something for you.

Ah, it'd have to be early on the twenty-second. Our flight for Hokkaido leaves at 5:15pm.

I've sort of got a job at a maid cafe but well, I haven't exactly started yet (plus short dresses and make up suck) so...

Name: Tenten
Age: 17
Experience: My most recent job required me to do a lot of heavy lifting and organizing food items. I did some cashiering, too. I also worked several jobs over the summer in which I mostly delivered, did some more heavy lifting, cleaning, checking inventory, and other things of that nature.
Position: I'm fine with waitressing, delivering (if you guys do deliveries), carrying crap around, and clean-up is fine with me too. No cooking though. I can cook well, I just hate it and I wouldn't want for my mediocre skills to ruin your restaurant's rep. ♥

Man, I can't really choose between the two. They're both really pretty.

Well if you like the maid cafe better, I understand. We'll see you around the twenty-second or the twenty-third. And we won't make you wear short dresses or makeup, just a normal looking uniform for the place.

I think I'm going with the second one for the place. We need to get it before we can put up job interviews.

Second one. Second one. Do you need reassurance? The second one.

God help me, I'm applying.

Name: Uchiha Sasuke.
Age: 16.
Experience: Here and there. I have never gotten a (real?) job before (although, now that I look at it, the school has been nagging at me about community service for a while now). But my mother and father are not often home and so I cook for myself for maybe more than half the year. Does that count?
Position: Chef.

You cook? Okay, well the interview is being held around the twenty-second or the twenty-third. I'm not too sure yet, but when I figure it out; I'll post it up here.
