Everyone does crappy things. That's because nobody can be the "perfect" friend. If you deem that you are going to be someone's friend though, it shouldn't be as a favor to them. It should be because there is some sort of mutual respect and caring between the two people ( Read more... )

Meg - I really like this post! It is SOOO honest!!! I hate when people expect TOO much all the time - or just never give anything back, you're right... no one is perfect and no relationship/friendship is either - they all take work... and sometimes that work means forgiveness etc...
