OMG that article was funny. I used to have a list of stupid, stupid questions customers would ask. You know, stuff like,
"Who wrote Dante's Inferno" (that was difficult to answer without sarcasm)
"Where does the alphabet go from here?" (Gee, I don't know, you're in "m", so let's try... "n"?)
"I'm looking for a nonfiction novel." (And, no, she did not mean "In Cold Blood")
"Do you have Bach's GoldBrick Variations?" (It's actually, GoldBERG of course, goldbricking is what people at Info are famous for doing: looking busy while killing time.)
And much, much more. People are really kind of sad.
