i finally unpacked most of my books. i say most because i still have half a dozen boxes of books i can't fit on the shelves of my bookcase. amy's bookcase is overflowing and hers is twice as big as mine! and we found another big box of her books she left with me, so now there are two bookcases that look like they're going to collapse under all the ( Read more... ) -

I have just returned from the neighborhood 7-11. Even though I do not believe in gambling, I bought a lottery ticket. I can't even think about spending more than $5 on such a thing, but the Mega Millions jackpot for tonight is 250 million dollars and that is definetly enough money to make most of the people I know happy. Dial up blows.
We are finally back online! As of yesterday, we have dial-up access, but thankfully this is only until our DSL service is started on the 16th. So far, we have only been kicked off once, which truly amazes me, but the speed is slow at best.
