The Good:

I finished my detox diet last night.  The total weight loss for the 3 weeks was 16 pounds.  Counting the 6 pounds I lost in the 3 weeks leading up to the diet, I'm 22 pounds lighter than I was on July 10.  I'm glad I did it, but I'll never do it again.  Because of the strict guidelines I had to follow, the monotony of the same meals over ( Read more... )
