I totally have this problem all the time. But not only is it creative stuff, but it's pretty much everything. I don't sleep much due to this. I should do this 100 things thing like all the cool kids.

OMG! I totally forgot how it can totally screw up sleep patterns! My favorite is when you're totally exausted and all of a sudden a random thought hits the WAKE UP button. z.z
