What would you do if you woke up tomorrow, and you had one of Lou Ferrigno's arms? Just, one big huge ripped muscular arm, but not both.

I've always wanted a second pair of arms. Mechanical or organic, it doesn't really matter.

They would probably have to be mechanical though. Do you have any idea how the muscle structure of my torso would have to change to support two more arms? We would be huge. And topheavy.
