You’re welcome. This is one storyline I find interesting. I hope to find more that deal with this. It also seems that this topic is done best in first person. IMHO And to think I use not be a Ginny fan. I think I’m actually not a Ginny/Harry fan.

I'm just curious. What's the problem with Ginny / Harry? I've seen some posts from teen girls that are absolutely vicious about Ginny which I find difficult to stomach. It seemed to me like Rowling set up Harry/ Ginny from the first book and that it works far better than other of her "romances."

It is not only teens that don’t care for her, I know many adults who do not. They are not into bashing like teens though. And the problem I have with Ginny/Harry is just taste. Just because it is canon doesn’t mean I have to like it. That is what is great about the fictional worlds. I really enjoy Harry/Pansy stories. I tend to like Ginny with Draco or maybe Blaise. Someone told me they were thinking of writing a Blaise/Ginny story which I’m looking forward too. I also don’t care for Hermione/Ron.

The reason I’m in fandom is because I’m looking for the best stories that fit my personal canon, and I not really interested in author’s intent.
