Really great rec, as always.

I don't often enjoy those "Voldemort wins" scenarios, but this one has none of those cliches such stories are known for. It's very well written with clever dialogue, chilling descriptions woven with a thread of sardonic melancholy that is so very Severus.

Can't wait to find out who the mystery author is :)
