And, "Hey!" When I started my "healthy life style" thing last week (on Friday) (for the second time this year - got derailed) I was 216.5 - we're at the same weight!
I want to lose... ? lol I don't know how much I want to lose. I'm currently a size 16 and want to get down to a 12. So, however many pounds it takes to get there. The last time I was a size 12, I was 165 pounds, so I figure that's probably my goal weight now - but I have a goal size, not weight.
Anyway - hurray! We can do these pounds "together". :)
One of my pals at work is 4 inches or so taller than I am, and is a size 16 but looks bigger than me - I would have thought SHE was a size 20 or so. We decided to work on a program together and then I refused because I was convinced she was lying to me - but she showed me her clothes size and sure enough 16. Bodies distribute weight in weird ways I guess!
You have come so far in not just numbers but YOU goals- you are doing great. Funny how we count each pound on the way sown but we forget that we put them on pound by pound also!!
